**To enable enhanced monitoring for shard-level metrics**

The following ``enable-enhanced-monitoring`` example enables enhanced Kinesis data stream monitoring for shard-level metrics. ::

    aws kinesis enable-enhanced-monitoring \
        --stream-name samplestream \
        --shard-level-metrics ALL
